Pool FOB's and Gate Remotes

Our manager will assist you with the contract, and requirements needed to obtain a Pool Fob or Gate remote.

  • HOA fees are paid in full
  • The water bill is paid in full
  • No violations against the property
  • Proof of H03 insurance
  • Fishhawk Ranch ID (photo)-Separate application forms and fees
  • If renting all tenant information received (lease(current), application and fees)

Homeowner’s living on site or established the address as a vacation address receive 2 FOB’s in their name.

Leased property may be issued 1 FOB.

FOB’S ARE CORPERATE PROPERTY, THEY ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

When a property is SOLD they will be deactivated, if a lease moves out, the management company is to be notified as such, the FOB is deactivated. When a new lease is approved, a new contract is to be made with the HOA for the new lease to receive a FOB in THEIR name.

Anything outside these established guidelines is not acceptable.
